Return Policy

Due to health and hygiene concerns, as well as the nature of the products we provide, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns will only be allowed for products that are damaged or defective. Items will not be refunded, they will be replaced. Please do not return the item until after you have been contacted by a customer service rep.

We will not accept returns for items that are not damaged or defective. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

For damaged or defective products, please contact Epic Sensations within 48 hours of receiving your purchase via email. Please add a picture of the damaged or defective item to the email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable
